Booking and confirmation
Is a quote request a confirmed reservation?
No. A reservation is confirmed only after availability, the responsible operator, vehicle category, price, and applicable terms are provided in writing and you complete the required acceptance or payment step.
How much notice should I provide?
Reserve as early as practical. Same-day and short-notice requests depend on vehicle and operator availability. Airport, cruise, wedding, prom, convention, and large-group trips usually benefit from more advance notice.
Who will operate my trip?
Depending on the itinerary and availability, service may be performed by Tampa Limousines or by an identified licensed affiliate operator. Your confirmation should identify the responsible transportation provider. Learn more on How Service Is Fulfilled.
Pricing and payments
How is the price calculated?
Pricing may be hourly, point-to-point, round-trip, or itinerary based. The date, route, duration, passenger count, vehicle category, demand, wait time, parking, tolls, airport or port charges, and requested extras can affect the total.
What is included in a quote?
Your written quote identifies the transportation charge and included items. Review it for gratuity, tolls, parking, airport or port fees, wait time, overtime, cleaning, and cancellation terms before approving the reservation.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted methods and payment timing are shown during confirmation. Do not send payment until the trip, provider, price, and applicable terms have been supplied in writing.
Vehicles, passengers, and luggage
Is a particular vehicle guaranteed?
Your confirmation identifies the reserved vehicle category and any material substitution rules. Photos illustrate vehicle types; make, model, color, year, configuration, and amenities can vary unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
How do I choose the right vehicle size?
Provide the exact passenger count, luggage quantity, mobility requirements, child-seat needs, and any unusually large items. Capacity varies by vehicle configuration, so the booking team must confirm suitability.
Is accessible transportation available?
Accessible service is subject to equipment and operator availability. Describe the mobility device, securement needs, passenger count, pickup conditions, and requested assistance when asking for a quote.
Airports, cruises, and service area
Which airports do you serve?
Common requests include Tampa International Airport (TPA), St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE), and private aviation facilities throughout Tampa Bay. Supply the airline, flight number, arrival or departure time, luggage needs, and pickup or drop-off location.
Do you serve Port Tampa Bay?
Yes, cruise transportation can be requested between Port Tampa Bay, airports, hotels, homes, and other local destinations. Include the ship, sailing date, terminal if known, passenger count, and luggage.
What areas do you serve?
Service can be requested throughout Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and surrounding Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County communities. Longer-distance and multi-stop trips are reviewed individually.
Changes and disruptions
What if my flight is delayed or diverted?
Contact the number in your confirmation as soon as possible. Flight monitoring, wait time, rescheduling, and additional charges depend on the confirmed service terms and operator policy.
How do cancellations and changes work?
Deadlines, charges, refunds, and change rules can vary by trip and operator. The terms supplied with your quote control the reservation. Review the cancellation policy before confirming.
