What you receive before confirmation
Your written quote or confirmation should identify the responsible transportation provider, reserved vehicle category, itinerary, price, included and excluded charges, payment requirements, cancellation terms, and contact instructions. If any material item is unclear, ask for clarification before accepting or paying.
Why affiliates may be used
Affiliate operators may be used for specialized vehicles, larger groups, overflow demand, service outside the direct operating area, or trips where another licensed operator is better positioned to perform the work. Affiliate fulfillment does not change the need for clear disclosure and written trip terms.

Website photos describe vehicle categories and examples. The confirmation controls the reserved category. Make, model, color, year, seating configuration, luggage capacity, and amenities can vary unless a specific feature is guaranteed in writing.
