Quotes and reservations
Website content and quote requests are invitations to request service, not guaranteed availability or binding transportation contracts. A reservation is confirmed only when the responsible operator, itinerary, vehicle category, price, and applicable terms are provided in writing and the required acceptance or payment is completed.
Operator fulfillment
Transportation may be performed by Tampa Limousines or an identified licensed affiliate operator. The confirmation should identify the responsible provider. Operator-specific terms supplied with the quote or confirmation apply to the trip and control if they conflict with general website information.
Pricing and payments
Prices depend on the confirmed itinerary and may include or exclude gratuity, tolls, parking, airport or port fees, wait time, overtime, fuel, taxes, service fees, cleaning, or damage charges. Review the written quote before payment. Payment authorization may be used for deposits, balances, and charges permitted by the confirmed terms.
Trip information
You are responsible for providing accurate dates, times, addresses, passenger counts, luggage, flight or cruise details, accessibility needs, and contact information. Changes can affect price, availability, vehicle suitability, and pickup timing.
